Registration will open at 12 p.m. EST / 9 a.m. PST on Wednesday, December 6, 2017.
When you register, you will be able to select one all-day workshop or two half-day workshops. As with past Code4Lib conferences, it will be possible to register for the main conference, the main conference + pre-conference day, or only for the pre-conference day (pre-conference only day registration will open on January 19).
We are also introducing a rate for people who are accompanying conference attendees who wish to partake of the food and meals on offer by the conference. This rate will be $40; this +1 rate can also be paid on-site.
Payment Policy: Payment for the full amount of registration fees must be made at the time of registration or within 48 hours of the completion of registration.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations received on or before January 18, 2018 are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the January 18 cut-off date.
